Terms and conditions

1. Who we are
These terms apply to services sold on workflows.cosmik.work by CosmikWork, a sole proprietorship of Soumik Chatterjee registered as an MSME in India ("we", "us"). By paying for a service, you ("the client") agree to these terms.
2. The service
We design, build and test automated AI workflows, such as lead follow up, inbox sorting and meeting notes to tasks, inside software tools that the client uses. The workflows chosen, the tools involved and the expected result are agreed in writing, usually by email, before work starts. This written agreement is the scope.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are listed on the website in Indian rupees. Payment is taken in advance through Razorpay or another payment method we confirm in writing. International clients may pay the equivalent amount in another currency. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at the time of payment.
4. What the client provides
The client gives us access to the tools needed for the work, such as n8n, Make, Gmail, Google Sheets or Slack, and the information needed to build the workflow. The client pays the providers of those tools and of any AI model directly for their own usage. Delays in giving access may delay delivery.
5. Ownership
Workflows are built inside the client's own accounts. Once paid for in full, the client owns the workflows built for them. We may describe the type of work we did, without client names or data, as an example of our work.
6. Confidentiality and data
We use the client's data and access only to build, test and support the workflows. We do not sell or share client data. Access can be removed by the client at any time after handover. See our privacy policy.
7. Fixes and support
We fix any part of a workflow that does not work as agreed in the scope, at no extra cost. Changes beyond the agreed scope, or problems caused by changes in third-party tools after handover, are covered by optional paid monthly upkeep or a new order.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellation follow our refund and cancellation policy.
9. Third-party tools
Workflows depend on tools run by other companies. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or feature changes made by those companies.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount the client paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
