Refund and cancellation policy

Before work starts

You can cancel an order at any time before we start building, and we refund the full amount. Work starts when we confirm in writing that building has begun, after you share access to your tools.

After work starts

Once building has started, payments are not refundable. Instead, fixes are included. If a workflow does not work as agreed in the written scope, we fix it at no extra cost until it does.

Monthly upkeep

Optional monthly upkeep can be cancelled at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, and the current month is not refunded.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or card provider.
