This policy explains how CosmikWork, a sole proprietorship of Soumik Chatterjee registered as an MSME in India handles information when you use workflows.cosmik.work or buy a service from us.

Information we collect

When you contact us or place an order, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and a description of the work you need. When you pay, Razorpay processes your payment. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.

Access to your tools

To build a workflow, you may give us access to tools such as n8n, Make, Gmail or Google Sheets. We use that access only to build, test and support the workflows you ordered. You can remove our access at any time.

How we use information

We use your information to reply to you, deliver and support the service, send invoices and receipts, and meet legal and tax requirements. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Website

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record basic technical information such as your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as Indian tax law requires. Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to soumik@cosmik.work.
