Delivery policy

What is delivered

All services are digital. No physical goods are shipped. Each workflow is delivered as a working automation inside your own accounts, together with a short written guide sent by email.

When it is delivered

Work starts within 2 working days of payment and of receiving access to your tools. A single workflow is usually delivered within 7 working days of starting. Bundles are delivered one workflow at a time, usually within 3 weeks of starting. If a delivery date changes, we tell you by email.

Handover

On delivery, we show you the workflow running on real examples, and you confirm it works as agreed. Fixes after handover follow our refund and cancellation policy.
